i was wondering if i could re-download my city watch again without spending points again i had it downloaded ages ago but my laptop hard drive broke so i lost all my files and with that city watch and now that i have got a new computer i wish i could download it again

Yes you can. Just go to the points building and select city watch. It will ask you if you want to trade 50 points for it, just say yes. Since you've already purchased it, it wont charge you 50 points again. You can download it still.

You can. Click [use] by points click on City Watch when you do click continue , it should say You have already purchased City Watch. Last thing to do is click Download City Watch. This will NOT cost you anymore points and you can do this for any computer when logged in.
Points -- City Watch -- Continue -- Download City Watch
