24 hours, morphine takes off around 20mins i think. just add it up to see how many morphines max you can take.

max is the one that gets you over 24h, regardless of which is it.
and anytime you're below the 24h, you can take another, of any time.
to completely wear off the cooldown, it will take the whole time.
this is also valid for the booster cooldown, you can watch a DVD when having a 23:59:59 cooldown, and then wait 29:59:59 for it to wear off completely.
