the bit I quoted, being 'married' to someone that doesn't exist.
if spouse is gone, marriage is over, don't come tell me it's not his fault and there should be no penalty. I'd just make him single and tell him to choose a better spouse next time.
if there are people stranded with half PI they paid for in a spouse that became inactive, how should this be treated any differently?

I know lots of marriages that one spouse has left in rl and the marriages is still what if one of them Didnt want to sign the divorce papers.

Id take it a step further and any marriage that one person hasn't logged on in over a year should auto end. Why should some one gain merits for marrying their multi...I mean Brother, GF, Dad or dog or other inactives

I was talking about this specific case, but I wouldn't be against your suggestion at all, I even think it's too long.
