NCAAB Ohio State (-14.5) v Penn State (+14.5) (H/C)

What is that (H/C) at the end?

handicap. if you bet on ohio state they have to win by 15 points or greater for your bet to have one. and with penn state if they lose by 14 or less or get a better result they win. it's used when the odds are normaly stacked in favour in one team being a winner is huge in this case ohio state

Edit:http://www.torn.com/wiki/Bookie that should help if i havent explained it at all well
