What is it with you posting TC basic? Seriously ass monkey if your not gunna be helpful stop posting in my threads.
If you said something like "you'll want top end so try this. Or you'll want acceleration then you'll want that" but no. All i get is you popping up in everything thread with check tcb. I can read the tcb list 50 times but thats not gunna give me popular opinion now is it???

The TC basic guide to racing is very thorough.
If you're opposed:
http://www.torn.com/wiki/Race_Track
Torn's own help wiki page has a link to a tutorial too.
If you want general opinion - My advice is to look at the fastest lap times for each track in your class.

No but seriously.. Say No to legalised scamming, Its just logical. |

If you look in the Racing Statistics section of the Raceway, you will see what class B cars have done well on each of the racetracks. Then, after enlisting the car you want, use the TCBasic Raceway to upgrade your car so that it is suitable for the track(s) you want that car to race on.
Many players also choose to complete the 250 wins in a class B car, as it can be easier than attempting to get the wins in class A.

50% win ratio just by using the points i had acumulated. Not 100% sure its the best, but it surely did work for me.

I used a Ford Mustang, just max acceleration and top speed and you can't go wrong.
