unless he has multis then no but report him haha if he says he report u 15 times that must mean he will have 15 accounts

i mean u report him as each user can only have 1 report open on 1 player at a time so go report him for multiple accounts

If you've done nothing, no, its completely untrue.
In addition, if he does report anyone 15 times for the same thing, he'll end up in Fed for spamming the report feature.
But before you message him telling him to do it, having read this, be warned that if you encourage him to break the rules you're as liable as he is.

No but seriously.. Say No to legalised scamming, Its just logical. |
