Are these courses only useful if you own a company or can you also have an effect on a company if you are an employee or in special positions?

Patience. Discipline.

I believe you can use SOME of the benefits, as an employee

But you'd benefit much much more as a director

It'd be great if people stopped flooding questions threads with random guesses. 2 of 3 in this thread so far say it helps... but every thread I've seen about it in the past the INFORMED people said it didn't help.

The consensus appears to be that it only helps for directors to have it.

And I'd throw my vote in with that, because look at how it says "your company".
You get a size boost for "your company" with the bach. Well, having people with the bach join "your company" doesn't get the company a size boost right?

So it stands to reason that since it says "your company" over and over, that NONE of them apply to companies you aren't the director of.

None of the business education courses provide any benefit at all to employees, nor to any company that employs them. If you don't own a company, the only thing of any value is the merit for completing the course.

Only the director affects the company if they have the business management courses, hence the name management. Employees don't manage the company.

Also if you finish them, and prove yourself trustworthy, then you can maybe also sell the service of company size upgrading to colossal.

Generally speaking, most people in management are indeed employees.
Directors in this game, different story, since it basically means owner.
But point is the word management itself doesn't mean non-employee.
