I found that in 3 types of companies it is avaliable to trabe job points into battle stats. So the question is the efficiency and the proportionality compared to energy.
I tend to go for energy over direct stats, that way you can save them up for a big train or a big mug chain more variety of what to spend them on and i don't believe much differece if any in the current system gains wize
