Can I see what subcrimes I have done so I can guess a bit easier when to move on the the next one.

you mean like how many times you have robbed the old lady and the hobo etc? that information isnt available, you got to keep track of it yourself

Its not available in Torn, though im pretty sure there were scripts made to keep track of specific crimes done.
Cant give much detail about that though.
