Ok in my company I have 14 employees and one is inactive 2 days and at 3 stars how will this effect my income?

no one will be able to tell you. but 2 employees inactive for 2+/ days will result in at least 20% efficiency loss for your company and a good profit drop.

anyone over 24 hours offline always drops my income... 2 days is a worse drop and 3 days is so bad u barely make anything... u would be better off having 3 ppl with 1day offline than one with 2 days off... if i have employees 2 days offline its an automatic firing... i always wait just until the new days income to at least give them a chance to log in...

will it still affect if you put your employee's wage to "0" ??
