Does anyone dropped nerve bar? My Nerve Bar is from 31 & now is 26. What's the problem? I'm not at any faction. That's my own perks nerve. Thanks!

You failed a crime forcing your natural nerve bar to drop 5. Your natural nerve increases in sets of 5.
