how to i get my kill streak up to 25 for the skull logo on my profile?

No, there is no time limit but it is better to do it fast in case someone attacks you and breaks the streak

I think stalemates also count as losing, only WINNING fights (attacks and defends) can help you build up your kill streak and the others drop it back to 0

i don't believe that stalemates reset you to zero. i finally took out futile but it took me 2 tries, the first of which was a stalemate but it didn't disrupt my kill streak

true, only losing a fight or being attacked will disrupt it.
