If you have a happy exceeding the amount your property offers, does it decrease over time? For example if I had 200/100 happy, would it decrease even if I didn't do anything in the gym?

every 15 min (00,15,30 and 45 of every hour) it will reset to the maximum. if you have 1000/100, it will go back to 100/100.
