when i hit 45 nerve, i keep on doing a few arson and then i head over to the 18 nerve crime. is this smart of me to do ? Or is there a better that crime (that makes some money) and lets me keep my 45 NB?

If you need money that badly that you need to do risky crimes then hacking is the best one to do . There is no crime which makes lots of money without having a risk of losing your nerve bar.
So keep fixing your nerve bar with arson warehouse if you fail any hacking crimes.

Arson Warehouse is for crime exp, if you fail in any and don't want to risk losing your nerve bar, do a few Arson Warehouse crimes.
Some money and less risk - Kidnap the mayor
More money - Hack the FBI mainframe

Kidnapping the mayor is a lot more money than arsons, and neither are risky.

what about the pawnshop? get anywhere from 4-14 points i've heard. ( a lot more money than hacking and less nerve, so more times doing it )
