has i explained in my last post i am new to using xanax i currently take 3 xanax and day i have nearly got 100k each stat. However i am aiming for 1 million each stat, i was just wondering is it better to get one to one million and then do the next one untill all are at one million each or gettin them up by 100k each a time at time?

Your stat gains won't affect the others... except if you unlock a specialty gym.
The first two gyms are..

Speed/Strength
Dex/Def
