A mate came over to mine and logged into his account now i cant send him anything? is it if someone logs in on the same ip i cant send them anything?

If he stays away from your stuff, the IP ban will be gone in several months.
It's to prevent more multis being used.
Explain is he stays away from your stuff plz. I too have this problem.
If he doesnt log in from the same IP again. If he does the 6 month or so (or so as im not really sure of that exact number) will start counting from start.
