I'm just wondering if the 10 refills that new players get expire? I was wanting to save them when they would be more beneficial to me.

That depends on when you finish the missions.

You can have those refills for as long as you want if you dont finish the missions...they don't give you any reward anyway

No, but with a higher NB, each refill will give more nerve.

No, but with a higher NB, each refill will give more nerve. |
It would only put him a up a few crimes anyway and I would just use beers when those are done as they are very cheap and at 15 nerve he can refill twice daily
