There are 3 questions i'd like to ask here:
1-Getting a red in Mayor crime, if i have the 75k that is deducted then i dont lose crime exp or i still lose whenever i get a red?
2-About Xanax OD, i know that when i OD i lose 50 life. But when the merit reset feature was introduced some ppl. said that when it is used it returns all life lost from Xanax OD's, is this still a functon or was it a bug and got fixed??
3-About drugs in general if i have like more than 100% addiction and dont rehab, the OD rate increases or it stays random, I dont care about glass door, company or education.

No one actually knows. It's presumed that since you don't actually go to jail (cause you pay the 75k) you don't lose crime exp.

You lose 50.5 life each Xanax OD which is held over (so you lose 50 on the first OD, then 51 life on the second, then 50 again, then 51 and so on).
Yes resetting your merits if you've OD'd on Xanax will return the life you lost (so long as you had enough extra life gained from the merit upgrades to cover the OD's, and so long as you put the merits back).

I guess I once lost my NB after paying 75k in a mayor fail, I'm not 100% sure though because this was ages ago

Any red will result loss of some exp... either you go to jail or go to hosp or pay money back....
