Hi All,

Working stats are added to one's account on daily basis, depending upon company and prior WS.

Each players WS increases on daily basis as a result minimum WS criteria for each company may also keep increasing on regular bass.

Suppose, today minimum WS for oil rig company is 20K Manual..tomorrow it may be 30K Manual and so on.

For a new player it is difficult to gain additional WS to be eligible to work in good pay companies.

My Question :

1. Other than training and education is there any other way of gaining some quick WS.
2. How do companies decide minimum WS criteria.

1. Yes: be the director of a 5 stars company. +50 in each stat every single day.
2. Directors make their own personal decisions about it. Some are strict, and some others like myself just accept anyone.

Most companies abide by rules such as cruise liners = you pay = 10x your intel. some pay a bit better, others pay alot worse.

it depends on the type of company you work for. and each director pays differently and gives out perks differently (some dont give out any.)
