I only have a 15 nerve bar (16 with merits) and I am following one of the nerve guides, I am currently on the 4 nerve crime, but when i move up from Cd's i keep keep getting browns, It feels like im not progressing at all.
Shall i just keep stealing cd's? and when shall i move up to harder crimes?

Keep on the CD's for now if you feel you are having too many browns. You may even want to take a step back on to jackets again, they are good. Do not advance if you haven't secured a stable nerve bar. I made the mistake and had to backtrack from arsons to shoplifting because I tried getting there too quickly and ended up loosing a large proportion of my crime experience.
I assume you are following Knights never bar guide? If so, this is slightly outdated and I may end revamping it later on this week. Just take your time and do not rush through it, it is not a race..

Correct. My apologies, haven't visited shoplifting in a while.
Either way, either drop back a crime or advance to jackets, these are the best for exp (as for shoplifting) and I find have the better success rate.

If you feel that is best for you. Experiment, see what works best.
Just remember, you are only 7 days old, you won't be succeeding every crime to begin with.
