it should tell you when your advert ends so u can place another for free
EDIT:
i can see the problem here...it actually says u get it free even after you've applied
probably because unlike MSG it needs approval first
This is probably a bug that needs changing so that it removes the "Courtesy of Yazoo..." once u have made an application , whether or not its been approved to prevent confusion/multiple applications
i just placed an ad myself once its approved , if i goto make another it should not give me the red "Courtesy of Yazoo..", until my other ends
well it was accepted and i still get the "Courtesy of Yazoo.." message if i try post another...maybe a bug , make a report so someone can look at it perhaps?

then u pay for the rest until your adverts roll off the front page
then you can place another free
