I have not been able to send any messages on the chat lines all day. I have already reported it to the "bugs" forum. The forum already has dozens and dozens of similar complaints. But I have received no answer and the situation is not fixed. What is going on?

My chat has not worked for three days.
No I do not expect it to be fixed when I snap my fingers, and yes I am patient, and yes the staff does have significant problems getting this broken down little game properly functioning in a reliable manner.
I think that it is reasonable that I start bitching now.

I just think it would be reasonable to give us some sort of update on what the issue is.

The update as of this time is that I cannot use the chat lines. The message still comes up: "Sorry, failed to send message." There has been no change for 3 days. Thank you.
