Is the only passage to go through the river is at (12,15) or is there another hidden passage to go through?

when on the east side of the river, you can take a short cut to the west by getting yourself hosp or jailed...

it's over the river.
you enter/exit at the top corners and go over water, past the normal map limit.
anyway, you end up walking more so it's really not worth it
