Let's say you find a stock image, and under the image's rights, it says you may not sell or redistribute the image at all. Does this mean only with physical currencies, or does this include Torn cash?

at all what do you think it means?  it means the artist don't want others taking any credit what so ever for his/her art or wants them plastering it over the Internet

Since Torn cash is an in-game thing, I thought maybe there was something special, wasn't sure! Thanks for the clarification though!

I'd say there's quite a few hundreds around here that would be fined before they reach you.
But as for the question itself, its sell or redestribute, so simply by giving it to someone else your already breaking the agreement.
But then again to sue someone online over an image does not seem like a comon issue, and i would bet the cost of doing it would be far greater then the compensation.
