So as far as i know there are 3 new items this christmas town:
Cinnamon Ornament 
Christmas Express 
Bottle of Christmas Cocktail 
And then i noticed there's also another item:
Golden Candy Cane 
so is it part of christmas town? and if so, do you find it around the town or get it from quests?

Well the new items that were introduced earlier this year were only obtainable via quests so i presume these new items are obtainable via quests.

Yes i am well aware of that, those 3 first items you probably get them via quests, but what i asked was about the Golden Candy... does it belong to x-mass town at all? and if so how do you obtain it.. if its by quests or by walking around

It looks Christmasy. Candy Cane is sometimes hung on a Christmas tree as part of the decorations. It could be similar to how the straightjacket was obtainable in Hallow Town, where there was a secret location that had to be stepped in twice after all other quests were complete to get the reward. I guess we'll find out for sure as time goes by.
