I've use my last 200 steps looking around for thie Icicle, but with the amount of times you go to the hospital every time I think I am close I go to the hospital. Was just wondering if anyone knows exactly where the icicle is?

Not sure of the exact coordinates of it, but you must sometimes step several times on the location for it to work.

I had the same prob in this year's Halloween Town

Just keep trying
