silly question but, how do master the crime hijacking a car..95-6% of time i can get the first one but i never can hijack is there something special you need?

Your question isn't very clear do to poor sentence structure. Sorry if English isn't your first language. I always thought that skipping hijacking altogether and going to the showroom yielded better results or sticking to parked cars for the merits/honers was best.
A screw driver can help GTAs but most people report that it does very little to help. You can also use some merits on crime points but it's probably not worth the small boost you get compared to other ways to spend your merits. Enormity faction upgrades will also help.

your question is like this i think-
Dumb question, but how to be a master in hi-jacking a car crime ?? i've never successed in hi-jacking crime in my whole tc life but done the parking car crime which is near 6% of my total crime.
is there something(perks) needed to do only 'hi-jacking' crime apart from screw driver ??
my ans- Screw Driver for the all 12 nerve crimes.... i dont know the rest..
