I can't figure out what I can do while I'm in hospital. I got message to attack them for 50k... so I wanted The payday now I wish I didn't cause I can't do anything for I don't know how long

press 'hospital' and read at the top how long you still have to go in hosp.
You can always mail people, talk, chat, read the forums, etc

This.
Medical items take off hospital time. You don't just have to sit in hospital and wait.
A small first aid kit (SFAK) reduces your hospital time with 20 minutes
A first aid kit (FAK) reduces your hospital time with 50 minutes
A morphine reduces your hospital time with 100 minutes.
