I finally unlocked Cha cha's gym and I want to pay attention to special gyms. Now my dex+def and Str+spd are nearly 50-50 so I need to take a decision.
What is the conditions to unlock Fronline or Balboa's? The topic in the general discussion forum says the two stats (depending on the desired gym) should be at least 55% of total. While the topic in the here in the questions says the two stats should be 25% than the other two.
Which is correct? Also to the forum moderators, please edit the wrong topic accordingly. This is very confusing and I need to proceed.

once Cha Cha's is unlocked, 2 special gyms become available:
- Frontline Fitness when Speed+Strength is over 55.5% Total. Only Speed+Strength can be trained.
- Balboas Gym when Defense+Dexterity is over 55.5% Total. Only Defense+Dexterity can be trained.
once George's is unlocked, 4 special gyms become available:
- Gym 3000 when Strength is 25% higher than the next best stat. Only Strength can be trained.
- Mr. Isoyamas when Defense is 25% higher than the next best stat. Only Defense can be trained.
- Total Rebound when Speed is 25% higher than the next best stat. Only Speed can be trained.
- Elites when Dexterity is 25% higher than the next best stat. Only Dexterity can be trained.
For all these gyms, whenever the joining requirements are no longer met, access is denied.

if one is more than 55.5% then the other has to be less than 44.4%... let's re-type this as 5/9 and 4/9
25% of 4/9 is 1/9, so 25% more would be 5/9... so the two stats need to be 25% more than the other two... or in other words, at least 55.5% of your total.

Also If you have frontline unlocked and pay the 50 mill fee. When you get your other stats up so the gym cant be used any more will you have to pay the fee again the next time it is available?
