how much does it lower education times and how can one geet a hand one these ?

As others have said. It's only 2 hours. And, yes, it's really not worth it.

As others have said. It's only 2 hours. And, yes, it's really not worth it.

It's not 2 hours, it was increased when they changed the booster cooldown system.
It removes 6 hours.

Oh really? thought it was 2 hours till today lol... its nice if they actually incread it to 6 hours, altho its still doesnt worth 100m as far as im concerned...

As JJ said, Its a one time thing only (like SEs) which will remove 6 hours.
Nowdays costs 35mil.

You can use 4 in a day as there is a booster cool down for it
