After you've been a donator once, you have a friends and black list on your side bar and 2 option on a players profile to add them as friend / enemy

you get donator from donator house go to the person you want to 'friend' and then it will have a sign with a + sign click that and they will be a friend

Simple, if you have one friend and another friend, that adds up to two friends. If you have two friends and another two friends, that adds up to four friends. If you have four friends and have another one friend, that adds up to five friends, so forth and so on. That's how you add friends. Hope this helps, I know a lot of people don't like maths but it's pretty important to learn.

Well when you complete the facebook lvl 5 thing, you do get 15 days donnator if i'm not mistaken. That should do to allow you to have the friends/enemies list avaliable for the rest of the play time.
(not 100% sure on what i just said though, so please do correct me if i'm wrong)
