The mugging honour, its definitely 1m from 1 mug??
the link to the help bit says you can mug a number of times till you get to the mil mark??

you have to remember this guide is huge so there are some things I don't notice here.
If and when I get an hour or two to spend on updating it I will try to add/fix/change whatever needs to be done.
