31ST STATE IS NOW RECRUITING!
We have a small but very active group of players who are enthusiastic about making our faction better and strive to gain faction specials that enhance torn for us. We have recently gained Steadfast II as well as a number of other specials that we have gained in the short time we have been together. A full list of our specials are:
~ Steadfast: III (Increases gym gains of members by 3%)
~ Gallant: I (Increases members nerve bar by 1)
~ Enormity: I (Increases personal crime skill for members)
~ Chaining: I (Boosts chain interval time by 30 seconds to 5:30 minutes)
~ Cumber: I (Increases max travel items by 1)
~ Hermetic: I (Reduces drug addiction gain by 5%)
All we ask is that you participate in attacking members of our warbase so that we are able to gain faction specials as quickly to further enhance our and your gains. We would also appreciate if you took part in our weekly chains.
We have a incredily active forum and chat box for you to post and get to know all of our random and loveable members (Just beware of Muzzfather, he bites). And if you have access to IRC we have our own channel where the fun never stops!
We have a number of benefits to offer you in return such as:
~ Active community
~ Free drugs for chaining (whether its for a major or mini chain)
~ Medical items for failed OC's
~ Weapon and Armour loans
~ Blah blah blah etc etc etc
