|What are your opinions on the matter? |
Is it cheating somehow to get money off a piece that you've been helped on (on or off torn)?
Is CnC considered helping (since it's critique and almost never direct instructions)?

It's seen as more rude if you're an unknown artist trying to sell off signatures without receiving CNC first, strange I know. Therefore my opinion on it is that you're absolutely not cheating at all.
Do you know how many real artists out there ask their fans/friends their opinion on a piece, then they change the little problems within it and then go to auction it or showcase it or whatever. IT's a REALLY common thing.

Well, CNC is just pointing out what's not so good with a tag and then giving advice how to change it a little more.. So yeah, if you'd call that helping..
