The text is placed in the focal. Its just the only text I could find that fits the piece. It can easily be changed.

the text seems to be more in focus than the superman who is covered all the smudges and the white softbrushing

That clarified it with me. And I think that is partly due to my failed smudging attempt (I always try and fail myserably...)
Should I just scrap this or is the other version anywhat better?

The c4d on the 4th looks a bit weird and out of place.
The previous versions are quite well blended, and the colours work really well, but I think superman needs to be a made a little more prominent, since it looks a little flat.

There... I think I fixed the issue.
If someone wants it feel free to mail me. Im either going to give this away, sell/auction it, or even scrap it depending on feedback.
