I agree that someplaces it is a little low quality (light source at the left) and in other places it is blurred a tad too much (big c4d chunk on the right). But this by all means is sexy...
EDIT: Also on the top of the focal c4d you need a medium blue softbrush on just the edge as the light should appear to shine on that a bit. Right now it just looks sorta out of place.

SA, take it on board, i think theres some extra blur layers in there that are easy enough to remove/lower opacity.
and try what agent said
