Gray bars Anti-Rip or part of the tag?
I'd also maybe try using a grungy texture on Spidey, set it to Multiply and play around with the fill. Give him a more damaged effect. And for some reason it needs more effects, like splatters infront/behind him. Or the same thing but with C4Ds. That's just my preference..

No. It would be more like a donation as the only thing I would do is fix the coloring aspect and add gradient maps. I really wouldn't be adding anything.

The second one is hit for me but your background of the skyline seems a tad grainy, Add a small percentage of blur so we can still make out what it is but take the overall sharpness off it Possibly move your focal offset towards the right ?
