Hey Guys,
How long do you guys spend making your sigs?
I usually spend from around 15 minutes to 30.
But then again my sigs are crappy

Many Thanks,

I had a manipulation signature once that took me like a month to actually complete...
I don't think there is a specific length of time it "should" take. As long as it looks right/finished to YOU, then it doesn't matter.

I've had some occasions where I've been able to do a sig in like 5 minutes...

You're looking for the answer of what's the time worth. There isn't one really. I can say I spent more time on a sig when I first started making them than I do now. I made less $ then too per sig. So putting lots of time in doesn't necessarily correlate to lots of money. Quite simply one thing does--a good final outcome. So in contrast, if you're a beginner spending only a half hour on a sig, then that will likely correlate to it either not selling or selling for a very low amount only.

I spent more time when I began simply because I was trying this, undoing that, trying it again, looking for a tut, trying something else, having to start all over again once I realized I had 50 layers that were all jacked up. Layers are another thing that don't guarantee. Still today, I can have a decent outcome in 20 layers or others might take me over 100. Just depends on what I'm doing. I can definitely say I probably have 50 tags that could've had a better outcome with only half the layers I put in when I was starting out.

Best advice I have, don't half ask it. Sit down and make something you're proud of. If it sells, great. If not, is it good enough that you'd love to wear around Torn? Would you buy it if someone else was selling it? If not, then it wasn't finished. Like CK said, it's done when YOU think it's done.

Honestly ?
When i start i usually finish a sig in an hour
however im a perfectionist and it takes me 2 days to finish one because i find out something dosent match haha
so its up to you..
it depends on how your ideas flow..
custom made sigs take longer then everything else imo..
