I think he also makes an appearence near the end of 7 but ive never atually played 7, ust what ive been told

you can get rid of that easily, the outline... just click the layer of the render layer matting defringe by 1pixel

defringe will sort that dude... basically shaves off 1 pixel around the whole layer
