Dimensions per Torn rules are a max of 500x200, so my cnc would be to reduce the height to a max of 200.. Also, only kind of animated sigs that sell well on Torn are flash sigs. It's kind of a preference thing, but it is the norm preference for folks around here. Animated gifs are kinda frowned upon.
