I see potential here, if you learned how to use like Adobe Illustrator, you could take your drawing and finish on AI and they could turn out to be even greater. (Mainly for the hand drawn stuff though.)
Actually I wasn't aiming for a digital drawing but thanks for the suggestions. I do have a touchscreen computer and I've down plenty of digital stuff from a photoshop/illustrator hybrid attempt.

Hi there people, I've just joined this game and I was wondering if its possible to promote some of my art from youtube on here. I know this is a graphic forum, and technically my work is not graphic, but its art (paintings). I can't see it being a problem to be posted up here, but I just wanted to get it clarified before I post. Thanks fellas!
It's actually done on whiteboard, not sketch pad but oh well. The drawing is actually about a meter in height. I left school last year, those paintings were from last year. I'm at university now. I'll post more work up later.
And thanks Deathpulse

This!
I also like to sketch, draw, etc. But I prefer using only edited computer graphics in Torn. For you, however, it could all be different

I was referring to your sketch pad demo titled "Sketch Pad" in the 2nd video.
I'm in Full Sail University now in the Bachelor's Graphic Design program. I absolutely LOVE it! I agree with what others have said about Illustrator, though. It opened my world up tremendously. Most of my RL clients I have request Illustrator work also, so it really helps with keeping a steady income. Check it out.

Aha sorry about the misunderstanding, I had totally forgot that was in the video!
That's really nice that you're doing graphic design, it was something I looked into doing, but I'm more into fine art that graphical. I also like photography too, but I still can't afford my own SLR, which is a shame. Illustrator is great, I know it and I've played around with it plenty of times. I might just post up my digital drawing here, but its personal, maybe I will, maybe I won't. I just paint now as a hobby, I don't do that sketch pad stuff anymore.

I love your forum signature.. looks great! Do you mind if I use the stock to mess around with it? I'll send it to you, of course.
By stock you mean the large image of my signature? That's an edited version of the original.
Here's a link to the original, it might just serve you better, but feel free to mess around if you like. I used various mixed media on unprimed linen sheets.
Thanks mate! I've noticed there's barely any fine artists here and it's just all graphics, so maybe I'm just at the wrong place. Anyhow I've started to learn sigs so I'll see if I can start making a contribution to competitions and auctions soon enough.
