Welcome to GoldenGuard's Newbie Aid Service

Ok I would just like to announce my opening of something called Newbie Aid... basicly i am going to be buying some houses and then renting them out to less fortunate players, the houses i am getting will be fully upgraded and go for $0 a day for 1 month

Residents of the houses will be confidential because of some of the idiots that have posted below so dont be afraid to mail me.

This is a non- profit service that survives on donations and my job/crimes

Any donations will be greatly appreciated (exept from lower level players... you need it more then me but thanks for the offer) any donation will put you on the thankyou list and it will say what you donated. Donations go towards the taxes of the houses or the buying of new houses

How to Apply

Simply read the terms and conditions below and preferably everything else and send me a mail with your request after i do a quick check on you... level, house wether or not you are in hospital (it has happened a few times) if everything checks out ok then you will recieve a mail and a event ... mail being me telling you that you got the house and the event being the house

TERMS AND CONDITIONS!
To apply for the Newbie Aid Service (NAS) you must read all of the following:

MUST be level 5 or lower
MUST be sure that they are going to be playing for a while (so Newbie Aid isnt wasted on quiters)
MUST NOT have a attitude problem... (i dont want to give it to people who are mean)
MUST NOT attack, mug or hospitalize ANYONE for the duration of noob aid (this is for your own good... trust me)
MUST try to bump this if possible so i dont have to do it every time
MUST be relitivly active (at least 2 times a day...)
MUST actually need it... some people have things like mansions(even if rented) and ask and they dont need it
MUST put "Newbie Aid" in the subject title of the mail you send me...(this is so i know you have read the terms & conditions and to keep my mailbox sorta organized)
PLEASE dont bother asking for help if you have some financial aid from another player (that would be double dipping)
SHOULD read the disclaimer under these terms and conditions to know what to expect

failure to follow the initial terms and conditions will wind up with you getting nothing

failure to keep to the terms and conditions after being accepted will see the loss of your NAS protection and depending on the case may get attacked by me

Disclaimer

Newbie Aid will never be given to the same person twice nomatter the reason

The Newbie Aid Service(NAS) can take 1-4 days before you will be accepted as i also have other things to do and it is easyer when in a batch

A applicant's profile will be given a look at to see their commited crimes compared to their age, this may effect the quality of house the applicant will get

failed attack: no action
successful attack: no action
failed mugging: no action
successful mugging: you get your money back and either extra money or a apology
hospitalizeation: target given chance to explain and chances are he will be hosped by me

The true meaning of this

i belive if people see the difference that happyness gives them they will know that the better the house you have the more stat gains you get and when they lose the house and see the difference they will realise that they need to work on getting better houses.... and that is actually the lesson i am teaching....when the game started i did not know this lesson so i had some problems hehe
