Am looking for offers, although anything under 20 bill will be ignored.

I once heard that a sailboat got sold for $10 on Ebay, because there was no reserve and buyers didn't flock to bid on it. Does it mean that sailboats are worth $10? No.

For the record, Hafijur initially bought the Bloodbath for 23 bil, and the median price tag for unique properties is about 20 bil, so I'd say 20 bil asked by Tezwar is quite on track.
