This maybe a newbie question, but I was wondering if there was an easy way to determine which upgrades are lost during a crash. I'm fully upgraded, so should I just go through each upgrade option and see what is missing?

You have to look at every single upgrade and see what you have lost. I go there you buy upgrade, and see what i need tou buy again...
