do 100 lap races 1vs1. the part that i dont know and you have to wait for the experienced ones is .. if each track gives different driving skill or not

The time changes by racetrack. Fully upgraded cars built for Dartford will result in a race just around 2 hours. Innercity takes about 3.5 hours for cars built for that track. Not upgrading the cars makes for much longer race times.

Additionally, the car's setup will matter. If you built it for top speed and tarmac, it will suck at shearwater for example. Eventually you are going to want cars designed to run at specific tracks.

The best way to get driver skill? Keep racing. If you need race points, run plenty of official races. If not, race custom 100 laps. Either way, race all day every day to max your driver skill.

I don't know for sure if different tracks result in more DS. I rarely run docklands because I can get in many more dartfords in a day. Either way, it's going to take races to get your skill up, so just race! The skill will come.
