Got to Class A with like 3.1DS ish, now have 3.95DS and a fully upgraded car + another 30 points

anyone else more efficient that than?

I've noticed lately that I'm not getting any skill points. It's been at 515 for a couple of days, even though I've been in many races, winning some, and placing in most.
Is this normal?
