What even something as simple as say if you're in a 5* company, you only get the full 5 job-points for job specials if your on everyday, and if your employee rating is 4*s you only get 4 job points etc.
SO basically divide the company rating by the employee rating and thats the amount of job points that particular employee gets in that day.
Same could be used for the pay, you receive based on your efficiency, so if you're getting paid $100,000 a day, and you're efficiency is 3* you'll get $60,000.
this is a really good idea and i hope it gets implemented

Agreed, I was gonna post the same thing, but again there should be a percentage of employees also allowed to be set to "unassigned" without hurting the company.
Just let them keep their job points when/if they come back to that job. The same way it has been for the starter jobs. So it won't be such a big deal that they were let go for a week or two. Surprised this wasn't done along with the last job point changes anyway.
