On another game i play when a faction member knows hes gonna be inactive for a period of time he has an option where he can go to settings and pick somone to "sit" his account while hes away so he can still lvl up an grow, of course the sitter only has limited access to his account so he cant access his money or resourses, but maybe this would be a good idea to think about

Not everybody can get online 7 days a week. As company directors we should have an option to be able to set members status`s as Vacation, Unnassigned is neither here nor there, unassign effects company profits so in a way unassign is like an additional job title......Having a vacation setting where inactive members did not effect the company would be a better option, they would not get paid but they also would not lose their days service either.

I know its a game but it is supposed to depict real life and having this issue with the companies then its not true to life. A company review would be good

Still want this idea to happen. Really hard to keep a good company running with lots of inactivity and replacing employees.

I agree.

If i have an inactive in my company, the income drops soooo much. Its not even realistic. And if i fire them, then thy lose there job points. So that should not be an option. We realy need to be able to put them on vakation mode or somthing.

I have sport company more then 2 years. Every week for this 2 years I'm doing expensive AC, train staff on daily basis, and in some moment their was 100% active for a long period of time. Few times I already mail staff regarding raising stars of my company but there was not any proper answer. My friend has furniture company, he had only one employee which don't play torn more then 6 months, and in 10 days his company reached 4 stars. Is that correct? Is that fair? Something should be changed regarding companies immediately!

even though i've always been an employee i agree i think that there should be an allowance of days allowed to miss (set by director) then after allowance missed then they stop receiving pay and it doesn't affect the company at all once they stop receiving pay
