What makes us different?
Small company size means you'll get trained more often.
Equal training opportunity for all. Trains are never sold.
Player or Cleaner rank by default, i.e. Manual gain as primary stat.
Specify which stat to train so all 3 of your stats would increase.
Salary is not significant, but still better than most other 5* sports teams.
No risk of losing job points. If your performance is not satisfactory, you'll be given warning(s) before being asked to leave, and at least 24 hours after being asked to leave.

4-5 star efficiency.
15,000+ manual, for player rank.
2,000+ manual for cleaner rank.

Benefits:
Tutoring: Decrease 1 hour education time for each job point.
Conditioning: Trade job points for defense.
Roid Rage: Trade job points for strength.
Regular training: 25 primary stat gain per train.
Stat gains:
Player: 35 manual and 17.5 endurance.
Referee: 30 intel and 15 manual.
Cheerleader: 30 endurance and 15 intel.
Waterboy: 25 manual and 12.5 endurance.
Cleaner: 20 manual and 10 endurance.
Salary:
5000 a day.
