And yet you always respond to me, despite numerous claims of how bored you are of the discussion, clearly putting the lie to what you are saying.

Not that you lying is anything new... Full circle.

As I implied I do it for the entertainment value

And as you clearly stated a number of times, you get no entertainment from me. Which means you are lying. Is your comment supposed to be an admission of lying?

This thread was actually quite a good discussion before the pissing match started.

OT: I haven't been around quite long enough to say whether or not the committee is functioning as it was designed to. I agree that Torn 2.0 seems to have taken precedence over other changes, as it probably should.

This is probably a terrible idea, so don't dwell on it if it is. However, I wonder if a public poll would be beneficial in making everyone feel like they were a part of the process more. I am not talking about updates on things that could be abused, but more like minor gameplay changes. For example, it was mentioned previously about re-leasing properties, before the current lease expires. This would first be a suggestion, which then would go through the process (I am not sure which order it goes through), but essentially, once Ched, the committee and whoever else approves it, put up a public poll to see if users want the change. This example is quite an obvious one, but you get the idea.

I realize that this adds a completely needless step in the process, which is why I don't think it is a great idea, but a lot of people just want to have some sort of a say. Also, some would feel it would be a bother, but many people are very active in the forums, and have a second to read a new topic, so I don't think it would be too big of an inconvenience.

Anyway, that isn't really on topic, so feel free to look past it.

Trying to be condesending won't work there love, you can try but it will get you nowhere because as far as I am concerned you are as far beneath me as amoeba are beneath rats and not just normal rats those other rats the live in sewers and swim in shit and urine so try your best there, if anything it will entertain me for a while on an otherwise boring Sunday

No, the amoebas would still be lower, she's not talking about whether they share the same space.
But it is bizarre that she would compare herself to the rats and then point out that she means the rats that swim in shit and urine.
Well not bizarre, it's a huge failure on her part. Par for the course. She tries so hard to be condescending but her inability to do anything right shines through.

At the start you held no entertainment value, now you are a wishing well full of it so what I said at the start was a truth but as the clown posted more the original opinion became more open to alteration

As you quoted me as saying, the amoebas would be lower, so it was quite pointless for you to mention it.
Besides which, the analogy was a stretch from the start since amoebas wouldn't be in sewage.
You're just stacking up the failures.

If trolling and fake condescension to mask your obvious self esteem issues makes your day, so be it, but it's a pretty sad life.

So I guess you aren't interested in admitting you were wrong about the 50%...

If the Committee were doing it's job stuff like the OP army job special would have been changed by now.

Are you opposed to the Sports special, too? They are very similar, it is strange that you harp on the one and don't mention the other.

Can the sports special make an inactive person gain millions of stats ( starting from nothing in one go...no.

It's to do with the way the stat is calculated exponentially.

^This, I would suggest nerfing army special before some high ID player gains 1bil+ strength from army points, and yes that's very possible considering it's ~5mil for 300days. Although since none of the player committee are in the army yet, this won't happen.

kyle, but if the difference you are worried about is inactives getting stats, the army gains are smaller than they'd get from actively training. It takes a lot more than 2 weeks of army points to double a stat. You are just mad that people can make up some of the ground they lost when they come back? That seems kinda petty...

Driving, at the cap you get 3500 stat per point. It would take 28,571 days of points for a billion.
78 years.
I'm not worried about that.

Inactives will be hard to stay in a company long if they don't own it. Not many inactives own 5 star sports teams.

All you need to do now is ignore your defence while you train up your other stats. And in a year your defence will be just as good without any energy required.

You know how hard it is to train a stat from 10 to 1mill. It takes around 21 days to double a stat. That is a lot of energy that special is neglecting.

This is not about how much they can gain. It's about how easy it is to get the first million which takes the longest.

I'm not worried about anyone getting stats. My stats are terrible anyway, not so hard to catch. My point is, every man and his dog can see this special is over powered.

Just like the old stock market, self busting, and the bookie horse racing abuse.

Very rough. 2 weeks is the common estimate I've seen over a dozen times, and it is indeed how long it took me before I started busting. Some people only take 10 days to double.

But sure, yeah, all you have to do is wait, and it does for you what you could do on your own in less time, and sure yes you can train while you save army points, at the cost of company/job specials and income. It's useful but not that amazing, and not something like self-busting that rocketed people ahead of the rest.

It saves people from having to look at the small gains. Meh. Doubling is doubling, whether it is from 50-100k or 10-20m. Not difficult.
